Make your day easy and fun, let us help you plan your day! If you want a stress free wedding weekend then our Pearl Package is just for you. We will coordinate with all your vendors and setup all your decor which will allow you to enjoy your wedding day. Our team makes sure to have all the small details you have planned in place to ensure you have the day you imagined!

The Pearl Package Includes:

  • 60 Minute Wedding Rehearsal 

    • Includes design, timeline, and consultation on overall flow

    • Coordinator will assist with rehearsal dinner setup and coordinate logistics with the host. 

  • Wedding Procession and Recession

    • Included with the timeline

    • Coordinator will work with the couple in designing the perfect ceremony 

  • Site Walk-Through and Review 

    • Coordinator will work with the couple to do ongoing reviews or as needed of the event details and expectations months before the wedding date. Review can be at the venue, email, via phone, text, or video conference, or whatever method works best!

    •  Coordinator & couple will  meet in the beginning of planning and meetings will be planned throughout and closer to your event date.

  • Development of a Detailed Timeline 

    • Coordinator will develop a timeline that will include details for rehearsal, ceremony, and day-of for your vendors/venue and wedding party.

  • Coordination with Vendors and Venue

    • Beginning a few weeks/months prior to the event, the coordinator will develop a list of all vendors & their contact information and will communicate with vendors as needed to relay event details and logistics. Note: vendor information is needed at least 3 months prior to the wedding day.

    • Clients will have access to An Occasion’s preferred vendor list.

  • Access to An Occasion’s Décor Inventory 

    • Rentals fees will apply but clients with this package will have access to all rentals that are available at our showroom.

  • Management and Coordination of Day Before, Day-of, and Day After Logistics

    • Coordinator will oversee & manage set-up logistics and work with the couple’s vendors on the day before, day-of, and day after.

    • Collection of gifts to store in a designated area for the couple at the end of the day.

    • Distribution of vendor payments & tips.

  • Additional Staffing

    • At least 2 assistants for day-of coordination

    • At least 4 staff will be available to set-up décor on the day before and/or day-of (includes setting out escort cards, seating cards, programs, and favors). (Note: day after clean-up is not included in this package.)

    • If tables and chairs need to be setup (including linens & dishes) an extra fee will apply. Additional fees may apply for larger weddings with larger guest counts.
